Literally every downfall is directly connected to the CFO. Margins, inventory, discounting and horrible guidance.
How does this guy have a job?!

@ax agreed with this, except exclude NR from this list. She was awful in so many ways and was not in any way a valid replacement
Agreed, but if he’s friends with Travis… performance is irrelevant.
@OP This fu..up coupled with finance transformation f...up warrant termination. MF is an awful CFO
He chased out or laid off any potential qualified replacement is how. There were several qualified people that could have stepped up but they were pushed out. Those people are all CFOs at other firms. Several of those were highly qualified women.
@a3
The owner of the company likes him. And until there is sufficient reason for said owner of the company to do anything… he will remain.
“Alright everyone, sounds like we’re a go for project Pull-Out, and we’re going to materially change the way Nike does business… and permanently damage relationships with our wholesale partners. Everyone ok with that? Any objection from Finance… have you looked at the numbers?”
To insinuate that MF Finance is entirely absolved in any missteps is ludicrous.
He is terrible
the cfo doesnt control how much it costs to make shoes or what customers are willing to pay for them
He is the puppet PK had been looking for.
He just a bean counter playing with his bean all day.
someone said here that he is hiding something
Why does this MF get paid so much to topple a company?
