Removed my earlier post. Many layoffs going on there. Bad management. Incompetence rules the day.

20+ Years of working for Lowe’s and in my opinion it is a combination of things including: greed, incompetence and near total lack of courage. The latter one, lack of courage, is in my opinion the most telling. From my viewpoint the average manager’s strategy at Lowe’s is to stay off of their bosses radar screen and to shoot for the bare minimum while doing so. There is no courage. With my current management staff I would say that there are only two at my store that I would site as role models. The others, including the SM, could hit the door and the store would be far better for it. BTW, get your AP4ME done so your SM doesn’t look like a looser!
It's not bad management, it's GREED. Marvin has chased the customers from the stores and now, it's all about their bonuses. Keeping payroll as low as possible is the only way to make the stores profitable.
