Take 2 million from each of them people could have kept their jobs.
Humana board does not believe in pay for performance. These numbers do not make sense if the executives are measured on company performance

Just wait, with all of the senior leaders, AVP, and up being hiring, the more they will be spending on exec salaries and compensation while those doing the work will get little to no increases. That’s the entire structure of the five point system.
CEO pay package increased from 15.6m in 2024 to 18.8m in 2025. That's about 20% bump. What did we get? Cr-ppy bonus and no salary increase.
