Every day we hear something about cuts and have are jobs threatened! Do it already! Tired of being under the damn microscope! I constantly see people sitting in the cafe as I go from assignment to assignment, and everytime, no matter what time, there is a old blond haired lady sitting in OC8. No wonder Intel is in trouble, paying people to sit around and do nothing!

@a1 ,I saw that yesterday, that BB was completely wrong! He was caught under a tool without PPE. An auditor asked him to wear his PPE and Blue Badge went completely insane! 3 times that BB was caught, and decided to be aggressive against the the auditor. BB was crawling under a tool! BB was embarrassed he got caught. He was completely out of line on all accounts.
Def Met is gold standard for being professional and they are growing not cutting!
I witnessed a Blue Badge screaming at the top of his lungs in Fab 22 yesterday. Not sure of the reason, but it made the area very uncomfortable. I see so much disrespect, but yesterday, was the first time I witnessed an emotional, unstable outburst by a Blue Badge. My team and I looked at each other and left the area. It was escalated to our manager, I am sure that it will go nowhere too as our manager is a joke. Not interested in working in an environment with unstable people.
