Most of the top producers have left and gone to competitors if that tells you anything. MedSol tends to promote “cheerleaders” rather than producers and everyone notices. Too bad they took a once great company, Aureus Medical, and completely ruined it. Very poorly run organization with low employee morale.
I think it's safe to assume all departments will be offshored as a cost saving measurement
This is all kind of different language for me but does this indicate if not in better financial state that the doors could close? Or just be prepared for more cuts onshore?
