How far is your commute? Did you put your kids in before and after care? How do you manage the schedule when both parents need to work and clock 8 hours? Any exceptions if kids have issues at school and you need to pick them up?

I made the move and they were were in after school care. We never had to use before school care. Where you live will have the most impact as to what the daily requirement will be.
Figure it out. Incase you haven’t realized they don’t care about you and hope that you quit.
