If you’re not AI, or live in India/EU, I would recommend you start working on your resume, and putting it out there.
Seeing many voluntary departures over the past 10 days. Suspect anyone with value is aggressively job searching. Will be just those with no options left. Nice company.
@23p wow! Is morale that bad over there now? What about the Las Vegas campus? How's the site moral going on over there? And any update on Rhodes island?
Layoffs are the first wave. Next comes an avalanche of people quitting. Hard to focus on work when cuts are always looming. EVERYONE I know at IGT is looking for a new job.

This phase is complete. They will now focus on additional smaller cuts during the next few quarters.
As far as execution details:
This was planned 6 weeks earlier and reviewed by management and then executed this week.
