Is belk giving a 2% raise this year ?

This year’s reviews were poorly handled. HRBP’s were clueless of increase’s. Associates all received a 2% unless you were changed to flex then you got nothing! The expectation is universal for performance, so you could be an awesome, hard working high performer labeled flex and get nothing, yet the laziest of lazy PT associates get an increase. It was wrong. Shame on Belk
I just heard that it'll be effective our next paycheck (the pay period that ends this Saturday).
yup, forgot the exact paycheck that it is effective but i think it’s the first one in may if you got it
