If you are a shareholder, vote against everything except the last shareholder proposal. Not that it will make a damn bit of difference, but at least your voice gets heard.
Quite frankly, I believe Centene will eventually be taken apart and sold off, bit by bit. The easy sales have been made. The Politan Capital folks have been quietly selling off their shares once worth $900M now 10% of that, although it's 10% of their portfolio, based on what I see on MarketBeat.
