AGI:
Capable of learning and adapting to new tasks without human intervention.
Can understand context, reason, and make decisions like a human.
Aims to perform any intellectual (and eventually physical) tasks that a human can do.
The most accurate description is "all people can be replaced by AGI".
I understand the dig but a more accurate description is educated people can be replaced by AI.
