Stop laying off every 3 months. Do one and done. Stop changing plans please. People will be more productive.

People are looking out for themselves right now. That means “look busy” even if you aren’t busy! It’s who you know and who knows what about you that really matters.
@a2 can you explain how tariffs aren’t one of the largest problems though? How does it not affect our bottom line? The price of our products are higher are they not because of this and the consumer ends up absorbing it do they not?
Both EH & MF has to go.
Tarriffs is just a scapegoat. Nike has had problems far before any tarriffs were put in place.
We have been in decline since 2022.
I like how people think tariffs are our biggest problem…do you think once tariffs go away people are going to start buying more of our products?!
