Why is that something that's considered not just normal, but a quality that represents a hard worker? How did we allow it to get to this?

too many parasites with too little meat(people that do real work) left, all these parasites are together feasting on you, so they normalize hard work to feed on you to bring in more of their friend/family parasites. Once they know you know what they are doing they will LR you.
We? You. You allowed it to get like this. You have agency to not allow it it happen. Get your sleep, hydrate, exercise, eat nutritious food, go to the dr and dentist. Get the help you need. Cisco doesn't give a sh!t about you. Only you can make your self feel better. Own it and stop playing the victim.
