why mine say "today is your last working day", no WARN?

Last “working” day is not the same as last day on the Oracle payroll
@OP Today is your last working day. WARN (if applicable) decides when your termination date is.
@OP its state and site count dependent. Also, if you are getting severance for at least 60 days you are technically not laid off until the end of the severance period. Very common for companies to file warn notices the same day the severance period starts. Also, the Strauss Borelli investigation you will end up seeing is just ambulance chasing by lawyers.
WARN isn’t a hard and strict law. A lot of companies can just avoid the consequences.. Especially when your boi Larry E is besties with ole pedo bear Trump
