is it safe to assume this status remains for at least next 2 years until Plano campus is built? I really need to get my family out of rental situation and I was curious if anybody is doing the same this year in a non hub location. If not what else are you doing with your current homes?

Yes we are special. Now don't focus on us and go work your tickets
There are entire Legg orgs under our SVP in non-hub locations and they work virtual a lot especially on Fridays which really hurts the morale since other orgs have to be in the office 5X8. So as someone else said in another post I'll believe it when I see it.
told we are safe no RTO, L3 WFH
Still virtual.
Yup I know, it’s ending any minute now.
OK. I’ll happily take severance and leave when it’s time.
Still working in PJs until then.
You id--ts go on about this every year how virtuals are “gone soon” but every year nothing happens…
Been virtual now since 2024 - still virtual…spoke to VP yesterday about these rumors he said “they’re rumors, those people are d-mb, they reevaluate people on virtual every year that doesn’t mean virtual is going away”
You guys are all fear-mongering because you have to commute everyday.
Get over it.
@am if you can’t complete job requirements WITHOUT sitting in a hub then it’s time to go. Offices are obsolete in 2026
If you’re virtual now your “safety” has already run out. Expect a “follow the work” letter any day.
If you can’t meet Job requirements to work in a hub, it’s time to go.
No one is safe.
Why did you risk your family when direction was clear since 2 years ago. Should have well planned instead of assumptions. If you dont want to move you should get out of T even if you have your salary takes a hit. Or just to be safe should plan to be in a hub.
Never safe to assume. Have heard off payroll in May. Anthony organization.
“ Supervisor acknowledged that non hubs are at risk but didn’t tell until when“
Because they have no flipping idea. Like everyone else.

Supervisor acknowledged that non hubs are at risk but didn’t tell until when. So curious what you guys are doing as another school year approached
