Fort Worth Observation

What does it mean for a location when Fort Worth sends two individuals for a week to observe productivity and practices 👀 and nobody in management was aware they were coming. One guy for car and one for locomotive.

@bn alliance has been looked on and off for years. It was very close in 2015 and 2019. Luckily Paul left or he would’ve shut everything down. 12 million dollars he cost the company if you google his name. Let’s promote him!!! Good thing HR covered for him with all the hotline calls.

Look at the small locations across the Southern Trans Con. Many are all over staffed.

Layoffs are coming. They need to start with the responders, and put the utility conductor to use.

Alliance getting looked at again? The laziness and hiding out there is rampant.
