Every inconsiderate or illogical move, including pushing people close to retirement over to Cognizant, or making seemingly d-mb decisions about who to cut - it's all intentional. It's all about savings without one iota of respect or gratitude toward us. If they can save a minor buck by sc--wing you over majorly, they'll do it.

it was held quietly til monday of last week. all management from the bottom up were told this past monday. all of them. any email or convo of management saying they had no clue. some knew but all were told as of monday. so that stupid qu--r look they give you denying everything. it's all a lie.
every time a trash manager opens their mouth as of this past monday saying they know nothing is lying to your face. truth
@az Many in leadership just under the C suite were not informed of this change. Makes you wonder.
According to other posts, this decision was very tightly held until last week. This level of planning took months. Not that it matters, but I have often wondered what these meetings sound like as executives determine how to strip employees of every last shred of dollar and dignity. They are vile.
