Anyone else notice the Cognizant transitions hitting mostly people close to retirement? On my side, everyone 60+ got pushed to Cognizant while younger folks stayed. Feels off—anyone seeing similar across teams? Just curious if it’s a pattern or coincidence.

@OP from where I sit, all the people being pushed over are not sheep but the type to speak up against plans and efforts that won't work or make no sense. They are people with strong voices and should be the ones to listen too because they know what they are talking about.
Under federal law, the protected age class includes individuals 40 years of age or older, as established by the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) of 1967.

@OP not a coincidence, these older employees would have the most expensive severance payouts due to years of service. If this is true, they should all get attorneys right now. Not an attorney, but that would be actionable. It's age discrimination.
