It has been always about profit and share holders . We are just numbers. Shame? You are really something.. Working for a salary to pay the bills and I should be ashamed?
trust me.. I'd love to leave for something better. But after 200 applications and no bites, that's not looking like a possibility anytime soon

Don’t give Xerox any credit for taking care of you. This company was nothing but blood money. You want satisfaction? Have a garage sale. This place is a total joke and for the birds. Completely.
I agree with you but in general, there is no job that is going to take care of you or your family. That is your own responsibility. Xerox or elsewhere, it is up to you to do these things.
