@ya do you know how Options work? No one at this company has any options worth anything… even if you got more this year they are already worthless.
Cashing more stock options he has no business receiving. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a company so poorly run by new leadership

If you get less than $750,000 a year in stock options he would be insulted to even have to look at you. Let alone make his presence known.
lol. Come to the office and see him? What a troll. They take reserved elevators to the exec floor when they are in and never once allow the shadow of a plebe worker darken their path. The main conference rooms at the Optum HQ have literal back passage ways to elevators so these guys never have to whiff an =<L32 or SLT plebe.
He was on the town hall yesterday after doing home visits in Louisiana. Hope he didn’t wear those fancy expensive clothes to the home visit.

@aq You make it sound like we work at Dunder Mifflin or something. This is a global healthcare congolmerate. Happening to bump into someone in one of thousands of offices is not going to cut it. A CEO in an organization of this size needs to be intentional to put themselves out there if they want to show their employees that they are actually leading and working to make the company more sucessful. Steven Hemsley is not compeitent enough to do this.
