Never understood this either. What, you need to be anonymous for simply asking innocuous payroll questions? Makes no sense. People claiming fear and repercussions for asking these questions are simply Drama Queens or $tupid..or both. You simply don't get punished for anking about things like this. Ford management is extremely stupid sometimes. But this is ridiculous.
Because you can speak openly with fear of impact by those ugly fear mongers in you hierarchy
@eg Twice, he mistook me for HR or some kind of sociopath working in a deep corporate conspiracy. I was treated badly at the company, just like everyone else. The kid is clearly on edge after all that happened to him. That’s the only ‘psycho’ I know of, although some of you are quite cruel and vindictive.

I find the discussions on Ford's plans for future grown in new segments and leadership developing business strategies more useful as they can show how the company can avoid layoffs all together.
@ab the site is to give people a heads up that people are getting let go. Now we have to read if employees are getting their fair shake in recall city in the heart of India.
