Cognizant question form

Has anyone received a response after submitting a question to Cognizant?

Or, has anyone had a one-on-one with them? How did it go?

@ey Strange thing is, our 'seasoned' person was let go. Out middling, younger person was transferred. No logic.

@e7 some smarty pants accountant let them know the cost of laying off that many highly tenured employees. One of them came up with a plan to scrape them off the FIS shoe and keep their talent by outsourcing them. It would be interesting to see whether the most expensive (read highly tenured) employees were transitioned while the less expensive employees got severance. What kind of bonus do you think the accountant was given?

So this is all to avoid paying severance money. Wow. Stephanie Targaryen. Destroying reputation irreversibly.

@db if you don't transfer then I believe you are just out of a job.

@db Then you are considered to have voluntarily resigned and will not receive any severance nor continuation of benefits.

Recieved 2 reply back to just say, ask your people office. Which is a bunch of BS. TPO has not responded at all to any of my questions. Got a few days left only to sign or not sign.
