LOL for some reason they show me 8hrs there or more. I never did stay more than 7.5hrs. I count the 2hr traffic commute as my office time. You want to treat me hourly, I am going to act hourly.

Expect to be at the bottom of team rankings if doing the bare minimum 40 hours as a manager.

Definitely not true. Half my Team is OOO by 2:00PM now and the problem is there is an hour difference for some and 3 hour difference for others as we are all in different time zones. This makes it really interesting for meetings when half the Team has already left for the day. RTO isn't it just great?

Yep -- market based employment works both ways. If the company decides there is no value in loyalty, then the employees are going to manage to that culture. Great job building culture Stankey.

"Since RTO started I can’t get in touch with anyone in the afternoon anymore. The office is totally empty by 3 and no one responds until the next day. The “leadership” is brain dead"...

Except I get exceeds every year. Its not how busy you are. Its how busy your boss thinks you are. Learn to play the game better.

HA HA HA! You are one of those dolts that thinks the longer you work on something, the better. Efficiency is the key to survival. I get more done in my 7.5 hour work day then you get done all week. I bet you believe RTO makes for better employees too!

I rarely ever put in 8. Sometimes it's 6.25 or 6.75 and sometimes it's 7.50

15+ months and counting doing this. Put in a solid effort. Don't be an id--t and do the 8 & skate.

Because there aren’t enough desks/parking or assigned seats I get in at 6a and leave at 2p everyday. They chose this… oh well, too bad. I stopped caring the day RTO started. It’s 8 and skate now.

8 hours to the minute. I set an alarm when I sit down each morning and leave when it goes off without hesitation. Play stupid games win stupid prizes, stank.

I show up at 5AM and leave at 1PM every single day. It’s like a half day ever day. Report looks good too. Top performer also. When the laptop shuts its shut until the next morning. RTO ain’t so bad besides the two hours wasted commuting.
