What are your thoughts on the new ACB scorecard? Reduced safety and removing emissions..

@fv but don’t forget to give bp money out of your paycheck to lower your personal carbon footprint
@b5 to be fair “low carbon” doesn’t mean low emissions at all. Low carbon has always meant providing products that themselves are low carbon, even BP has to emit tons of emissions to make that product.
Go look at the emissions from bioenergy or Archaea for example. We run entire oilfields at lower emissions than either of those businesses.
Having 65% of the acb made up from undisclosed financial metrics makes it quite easily manipulated I suppose.
Um this is how you found out low carbon isn’t part of our strategy? It wasn’t the press releases, the mass layoffs of low carbon staff, the investor briefings, the quarterly results announcements by our CEO and Chairman, the town halls … Where have you been hiding???
