My whole team is remote. I was told that I need to go to the office 3 days/week starting April. Nobody knows where I'm supposed to be reporting... the chicago office has 50+ stories. There was zero guidance during my orientation.

Cigna employees are so whiny....says the guy whining...
What roles were told to RTO?
@et around 7000
how many healthspring employees have been hired?
@bc Yes, that’s exactly what they’re attempting to do. The 3 days per week and then you lose a WFH day if you take a PTO day is just of their tactics to create a hostile work environment. When they did the VSP packages in 2016, they revised the severance policy prior to the VSP rollout so they would have to pay less severance Last laugh was on them since many more took the VSP than they anticipated. This company started to become caustic in 2015 and has only gotten worse since Betts did his hatchet job.
@b0 They’re not new. They’ve been working for this company for a year. Cigna folks have been so whiny about everything. I’m over it, nobody feels sorry for you.
Seems to me that they are trying to force natural attrition to avoid paying severance packages. That's just me thinking out loud though. By the way, moral in the office is so low that everyone seems completely frustrated and pi---d off.
What’s going to happen to the HealthSpring remote employees in states that has no office?
@a9 what a way to welcome a new employee!
The HCSC office doesn't have 50+stories, the building they're in does. HCSC has certain floors, in the building. Go to the security desk - it's not that hard.
