I’m so relieved that I’m retiring in a few months. Zero f*cks to give about these rumors and the id--ts who spread them.
I've been in this business over 42 years, 3 before it became Verizon. I've never seen layoffs start at the bottom. Getting rid of the Indians and management wants us to obsess (the O in BOLD) over our customers. McAdams destroyed the company when he purchased Vodaphone for $130 billion. No strategic planning to get us out of this hole. We're just like Thelma and Louise accelerating over the cliff. Maybe if you got rid of layers of incompetent management making a boatload of money could make a dent. Getting rid of obsolete equipment which consumes enormous resources would also help.
i could care less....I'm going on a 10 day cruise. if the job is still here when I get back, fine. If not, I'll get a new one.

People are rightfully anxious so let’s be respectful. Thursday is here almost. For those that will get notified advanced sympathies. This one will hurt a bit but years of decision debt must now be paid unfortunately.
