No matter where he spins it. The Rto 5x a week 8hrs office presence even on exempt employees for a telecommunication company will always backfire. Expect for us to be the next IBM, Nokia, GE to name a few .. we'll get there in 5 to 10yrs from now.

He's so out of touch with reality that he doesn't think monitoring "employees" location to be in office 5x even and firing them if they don't comply even after the author pointed out that hybrid is the "sweet spot" isn't at all hard lined.
