Layoffs are not even properly over and I'm already thinking about the next round. I can't even relax for a single day because things have been for so long that this is now the norm. We don't hate this company enough.

Death by a thousand cuts, now they cut the actually helpfull people any hope of integration with ansys being on time is a distant memory. We'll it's a distant memory for those who have to do the work management still saying so you have less resources but the deadline is the same. That's a truly spectacular kind of stupid. More cuts will come in waves well into 2027 with us all living month by month to find out who is next. Sure its a cash rich ship and shinny and grand and unsinkable in many eyes, ever seen titanic? I for one think it might be time be time to step off the good ship synopsys before things get any wetter

@a3 Based on mixed sources, the next round will take place either at the end of May or in August/September. One thing is certain: we are far from 10% layoff target; therefore, the layoff will continue.
Can’t they just get all this terrible stuff done in one go? Why drag it out for so long? I really don’t understand what management is thinking.
