I got 8 weeks garden leave plus four weeks per year worked. Health care during garden leave, plus two months cobra. Prorated bonus and stock.

You can get a minimum 8 weeks of severance regardless of your tenure or you get 2 weeks for every year you have worked in TMO , cap at 26 weeks (including the minimum 8 weeks). You will also get your Aug RSU vested and prorated bonus for 2026 ending at your separation date.

Pro rated bonus
Cobra premiums 10 weeks post severance date.
1/3 stock vesting for RSU
