Everything that's been happening with bennies and cuts and toxicity has one goal and one goal only. To get as many of us out as they can without costing them a single dollar. They're pushing us to quit to save money on severance. It's really that simple.

I know someone who went on medical leave..... ended up on LTD. Got let go, packaged and and STAYED on LTD collecting a paycheck to retirement. Life goals.
@OP wait it out let the let you go, happened to me last year I got the pay out thanks a-s hole ENB communist company would never suggest anyone work for that company , as goes it was that is how horrible that place is now. Bravo Bravo for the reputation of being one of the worst companies to work for
