Forced Ai training. And soon to be forced to use Ai. While my director and mangers openly joke and laugh about how Ai is so great and will eventually take will our jobs. Great morale boost while they actively talk about wanting to boost morale.

Remember when the solution was “just learn to code”? Now the solution is: “just learn how to manage agents.” I think I might be better off learning to farm.
The timeline checks out. Forced in-person AI training in May with RTO 3 days a week in January 2027 without plans for increased capacity in our offices. It only works if they get more capacity or they lay off workers. I wonder what they’ll choose…
