I was desperate for a way out of Fiserv and the opportunity looked amazing. What it ended up turning into was endless hours, impossible deadlines, and constant panic. Now I'm stuck because it's even harder to land a job than when I left. Even Fiserv looks attractive at this point.

I love working at startups!
All I see out here are rosy post-Fiserv reports. Mind you, I say this as one of them! I left for a place where I knew a few people and I had a good feeling. It's worked out quite well.
That said, anyone who says, "It can't possibly be worse than this!" isn't thinking clearly. It most certainly can be worse. Sorry you got hosed, but I appreciate you posting your experience. Hopefully, it will give others pause before they act on emotion.
I'd rather drag my b-lls thru 50 miles of broken glass than go back to Fiserv but to each their own I suppose
