Has anyone heard anything about April layoffs?

@OP Why do we ask this question so often? We know the answer. Layoffs are continuous here. They do it monthly to avoid WARN Act notices and to keep US State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rates down. It's all about optics, leveraged cost and taxes... they eliminate the job completely, reimagine and replace under the guise of AI, flip the job to India and leverage cost. That's the secret sauce, baby!

@a4 this bi--h isn’t quitting and has already turned them in. You can’t force staff full time home then discriminate on every level and falsify ratings to terminate. I got so many screenshots of all that and comments from sr mgmt and hr confirming it and once i get terminated, it goes to a lawsuit and includes pain and suffering from the stress of the bullsh-t. RV is gonna wish he never stepped foot in this place

Seems more likely that the plan is 4K is for the year, then expecting attrition from full RTO, if that goes through. Hows the stock price? That's always the indicator.

Heard around 4K people. Expecting more later this year because BNY will be going to 5 days a week in office soon, they’re counting the number of people who aren’t close to an office to quit.
