So they're trying to push out the "older" sales reps. How is this allowed?

@3j3 if you mean blast as in your in a room with a case of dynamite then yes. it's a blast.
A commission only job from a company that stole commissions from its employees? Sounds like a blast.

older is any rep with a nice deal. car allowance, nice base salary etc .

they have offered the “ package “ for years to older employees . if they don’t get enough people to resign , rest assured that they will dismiss other younger employees .
heard they're offering buyouts to older reps. If you dont take it .... oh boy
let me take a wild guess : as an “ older” rep, you probably have a decent comp package, salary , car allowance etc. is this right so far ?
there are instances of lawsuits regarding discrimination in the past , so do your homework , find a good employment lawyer , and let the chips fall where they may .
