they have offered the “ package “ for years to older employees . if they don’t get enough people to resign , rest assured that they will dismiss other younger employees .

let me take a wild guess : as an “ older” rep, you probably have a decent comp package, salary , car allowance etc. is this right so far ?

there are instances of lawsuits regarding discrimination in the past , so do your homework , find a good employment lawyer , and let the chips fall where they may .
