Is the now tech strategy different from MD’s? and if not, aside from new LT appointments, why the layoffs considering a justification was given for the last reorg was mere months ago.

@c3 spot on…..I didn't think it was possible to find a lower bar than MD, but here we are, we traded "questionable" for "clueless" and somehow expected a different result.
MD had a strategy outside of posting on LinkedIn?
Yes new direction! Was to azure. Layoff a bunch 2nd rate devs in PHK. Hire a lot more 3rd rate devs in ITC. That is all.
We basically went from one non-tech-savvy MD to another. RA’s just the sequel no one asked for.
