Maternity leave

I am on maternity leave and have a private office in NY. Have they announced or will be announcing any changes to workplace excellence/ return to office? I just want to know what to expect. My manager said changes were coming but delayed - anyone know when?

Make sure you take your 16 weeks leave. I did for adoption. I heard cr-p from coworkers but f them. I took advantage of the benefits given to me. With the bs I heard I should have split it to 2 for adopting my twins.

@bc Bring the infant to the office as there are several employees with the same mindset.

The decision to have the child is same for working at BofA. You have to decide what is best for your family and do not rely on the company. Yes, BofA has a child care reimbursement program. Don't ask me what is contained in the program as the policies do not apply to me today. It would have been nice years ago when my kids were born.

BofA was recognized as best place for working mothers for over 20 years. Look into the policies and challenge their claim. Best of Luck!!!

Kindly return to the office. Please leave the infant at home.

This thread is the most consistent policy I have heard so far - https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1kjzj8z4q; the announcement is just delayed.
