It’s Optum Engage now instead of Rally for the activities - accessible from Teamworks. This year there’s a video and a health survey, plus annual checkup, biometrics, dental. That would reach $650. Then there are female or male-specific screenings. You could always do Real Appeal but it’s 9 sessions for first-timers.

I just logged into Rally for the first time this year and it says "your rewards program has ended" and there are no activities to complete like there always have been in prior years (e.g., logging dentist appointment, annual physical). WTF?

I finished the Optum Engage activities for myself and my spouse the first week of January and my employer contribution posted to my HSA mid-Feb.

@ac dental exam ($100) physical ($100), training videos ($100), biometric screening ($150), PSA part of the physical ($150), plus other things for specific genders and ages. It's possible.

@OP wouldn't you know that if you read the benefits package?

@ac it's not bad as long as you record your dental and physical exams. Add in bio etric screening.

Related question - how are people hitting the full match for the HSA consistently? If you're not overweight or have diabetes, or old enough where you need to get an annual prostate exam, the options to hit the full $800 seem kind of limited. It seems like the program is structured to try to keep people to from hitting the full amount. Am I missing something?

No.

$800 for employee
$400 for spouse

But you need to go to Optum Engage and do the activities
