No layoffs next week, the fun is in July

A massive reorg is being planned to reduce business units , and consolidate around AI document management systems. Think Content Server + Aviator.

Managers have been told there aren’t layoffs just "rebalancing" between employees and AI bots.

Both are true. WFRs before FY27 and a huge downsizing in July.

Don't stress too much. You have absolutely zero influence on their decision.

I lost peers who used to hold consecutive years of high performance, without any cause, without my manager being aware of it.

Sr Dir, would know, as they have to adjust teams accordingly and prepare for exist speeches.

Just skip, if your manager/director setting up a meeting next week.

If it is on Monday, just see if you will get a meeting request on Sunday night, or even early morning of your time, good luck.

Directors already have the list with them and huge wfr will happen next week. Only directors and above have prepared the list and managers have no idea who are on the list.
