Well this is inaccurate, “Chief Financial Officer Brett Seybold, who served as USAA's chief audit executive”. I bet Juan’s income is inaccurately stated too.

That $322k is probably his board member salary, so he hasn't had his first full CEO compensation year yet.

It'll most likely jump to the millions next year.
