Didn't happen in March. I didn't get laid off but I did get put on a PIP for basically no reason. Clifton blows anyway. I guess they're covering their a-s. I complained about my 2%. Maybe that was it.
Losing people in Clifton. Both exempt and non-exempt. Some will know by the 26th of this month. Others in April. Consolidation of some front line leadership positions in operations will happen. Get used to multi-tasking for that big 2% raise you got.
Union people (assembly and test) has not been affected as far as we know. Some long time "trouble makers" will be cherry picked and let go for "other reasons". (Like those least favored by their supervisors. )
The old Clifton two-step is still alive and well. Dead wood is dead but it still floats.
