I am tired of working for people who claim to be leaders and have no idea how to lead. A leader motivates, a leader communicates, a leader engages team members, a leader boosts morale, a leader builds trust and respect, a leader fosters a positive work culture and most of all, a leader leads by example.
So, what do you get without all the above. Basically, what we have going on with the company right now. Lowered team member work standards, Low team moral, high turnover, inefficient systems/processes and the lack of trust/respect.
I don't know about anyone else, but I have only heard from our GVP once this entire year and twice the past five years. Hearing from the RM, I wonder what that's like?
Before it is even asked...once I feel the cons out way the benefits, I promise, I will leave. However, for now, the benefits out way the cons.
