Even when there's good news (revenues up) Dell somehow manages to turn it into bad news (stiffing everyone on raises, IBPs, promotions, more layoffs, etc).

Seriously op must just be a low performer in a dying part of the company. I got a 6% raise and LTI. Some of us are eating good and like our jobs
OP must be an underperfomer nad that Dell has finally caught on to their back of skills/effort.
