The severance package is one of the better employee ones. The value is based on signing the paperwork and the conditions. Imo the only reason to fight it is if you have an insanely perfect labor law case and are in a state where that matters. Hint: you aren’t. Even then, if you didn’t sue prior to the severance, an arbitration or hearing is going to question why.
Schwab has a well documented and thought out severance pay plan. I doubt they will negotiate.
