Does anyone find the cisco/rep nepotism here incredibly rampant? More often than not I find most of the nepotism hires incredibly incompetent.

Good for your career but not good for the company
Hire those who you know will support your every move, good and bad, and that will preserve your job.
This is 2026 not 2020. Maybe check the settings on the DeLorean.
