Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Band 3 required 5 days in office

Anyone else hear that once we get that anticipated email from HR that band 3 and above need to be in office everyday as BAU. For now us band 4-6 or higher will need to be in office with flexibility and limits on that flexibility. I see the future where we are all back to 5 days and have some flexibility as long as it’s not a consistent thing

Waiting for the ESG announcement spin about how much we do as a firm to save the environment and reduce greenhouse gasses while putting 100k drivers on the road to sit on Teams meetings from the office instead of working remotely.

I have to commute on the road, so this announcement will come just in time for absurd gas prices.

They haven’t made the announcement yet… I wonder if legal identified bad language and warned against it. I’m hoping for the best here.

well, f-me. I'm out. Their strategy to cut expenses has just succeeded.

Good luck to the rest of you.

Stupid Draconian Management who do not yet realize the Internet has been invented enabling adult human beings to work successfully from anywhere.

And oh, btw, aren't we supposed to be out meeting with clients to drum up deals and increase revenue? #organicgrowth

Oh, I guess not. Boston Mafia prefers to stick with their Big Strategy to Cut Expenses to meet quarterly Earnings Targets (which they set - duh), rather than actually serve clients to grow this f-ing company.

I am so out.

Band 3 with offices are 4 days. I suspect if we ever have enough space it will go to 5 days
