Quick show of hands how many of you are seeing higher earnings under the new comp structure, and how many are seeing less?

My backlog is growing, my shipped is frozen right now. Where will it end? Maybe 90% for the qtr shipped with 90% more in backlog into q2. What they do for Q2 as far as plan? Who knows... but if they change the rules with this backlog I'll happily flip companies and pledge to decimate Dell as a personal intrinsic reward mission.
Lower. Unemployment pays a lot less.
Have one of the largest deal of my career but attainment is goose eggs because of lead times.
It seems I’m going to miss my quota yet again.
My pay is already up 70% from last qtr.
I have a territory that basically prints money without any intervention from me, and my quota this Q was kinda low so I'm gonna blow it out of the water. If I keep tracking at my current trajectory I'll probably make about $40k, in commission this Q.
That being said, I recognize that I'm an outlier on my team so I'm keeping it super quiet since folks on my team are talking about having tough conversations with their families regarding severely decreased earnings.
