So is it officially gone or what? I’d rather be told it’s discontinued than be told it’s still waiting for approval.

@eb The peasants need to take their time back in equal parts to the reduced competition. There needs to be a consequence for these horrible executive decisions. This company su-ks.
Less for us peasants is more for the suits, because they need a 3rd vacation home to entertain their mistresses.

The company makes about $2 billion more in revenue annually then the first year Stock Together came out. It replaced a bonus that went directly in 401k’s that was based on company performance and it was sold that the company was doing the change at the time do to massive savings that were given by Trump tax changes for corporations back then. So flash forward to 2026 and tens of thousands of jobs are getting slashed, many employees are getting rebadged and both programs are gone with STI probably on the chopping block basically just because higher ups can and have the will to take from the individual contributors while making a fortune for themselves

It makes a little sense to announce it while big RIFs are ongoing. I think the announcement will come much later than anyone would like
Can’t afford to offer this with an accretive stock. STI changes likely coming. Payout on STI can be easily managed to make sure what ever is paid out does not negatively impact forecasts to Wall Street. Stock price and dividends are all that matters. Employees are being replaced so the workers incentive will be also. I’m surprised Sam hasn’t posted an update on a post it note. But then again she goes MIA whenever there is bad news, only to return months later with a post it note talking about employees loving their company. Wake up. Leadership laughs at us behind our back.
