My Boeing manager plays favorites openly, and if you're not in the clique, good luck. And God forbid you push back, suddenly you're on their radar in the worst way as in a guaranteed pip. Toxic doesn't even cover it.

If you stay at a company long enough, you'll see that this happens at every company. Keep changing jobs.

BA is the past. Seek a more positive employment experience at a better company. You can do it. Good luck.
That’s the reason they call it the Biggest social club in the PNW. I worked for a manager who came to work at 14.30 and was home at 15.00 not return every day. I watched people sleep for 8 hours as you go out the door to work. Boeing has no control over all employees. It’s all a joke …..you know what they say ( IF ITS BOEING I NOT GOING) at Boeing you have to take their money close your eyes an do your best or you become the hunted.
Seriously our shop stewart spends his shift on Twitch hes a complete loser.
Talk to a good lawyer. Mine sent a simple letter to the company and it stopped everything. That was twelve years ago. My reviews have been stellar.
@OP - You know the solution, seek employment elsewhere. Life is too short for that kind of abuse.
