Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

We're paying the price for bad management

Poor organization, uneven workload distribution, and dysfunctional team structures are the real drivers behind the constant overtime. They leave all of us overworked, frustrated, and angry. I honestly can't tell whether they're actively recruiting the worst possible managers or if this is just the inevitable result of leadership failing to, well, lead.

Engineering is overrun by incompetent leaders now that they have pushed out any threats. The league is fully entrenched after sabotaging every other race. If you aren’t Indian you should quiet quit until you get that nice severance check.

Leadership isn't failing. They are doing what they've been ordered to do. Cut employee expenses to the bone, and milk the customers as much as possible. Eventually, sell off thr carcass.
