The "March Madness" Trend: March 2026 has already seen 45,000+ tech layoffs. Blind and TheLayoff have been buzzing about "one last spring cleaning" for tech before the quarter-end on March 31.

@gz @gz We have some real id--ts they call hours managers. They are more qualified to be greeters at a big box store. ughhh! su-king money from a company that doesn't need these useless people!

After March 23, there will be managers that just manage AI bots.

And Management knows the output will su-k, but they don’t care. They will find scapegoats for any major issues, find overachievers that will correct them all while taunting how much money the company is saving.
