They just restructed the whole PS and Print organizations to focus on R&D. Late? Yes. The PS R&D guy comes with a strong background on Cloud, so let's see what HP is planning to do there.

Actually, most of it was spent on share buybacks to benefits the insiders. Enrique bailed when the money ran out. Now he is doin the same thing at PayPal.
